Pisgah Inn

This is a very scenic and high altitude out and back from Sylva to the Pisgah Inn. It follows the same route as the Richland Balsam ride and adds the additional mileage along the Blue Ridge Parkway to the Pisgah Inn. You simply stay on the Parkway until you get to the Pisgah Inn and return. There is a store at the Pisgah Inn just along sie the road that has fluids and food, including Powerbars, etc. Check the Pisgah Inn web site for store hours. The total distance of this ride is ~95 miles and has about 9000’ of elevation gain. You pass over the highest point on the roadway at 6053’ twice.
